As a group, we are totally against forced and child labour. Of course, in our facilities we don’t permit supervisory harassment, abuse or corporal punishment in any form. In our corporation we avoid discrimination, valuing workers on the basis of their ability to do the job and not on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs.

We always pay over the minimum compensation required by local law, and we don´t exceed the limitations of the country´s law about hours worked each day and days worked per week. Also the overtime is compensated according to local regulations. TEXone group recognizes and respect the right of employees to exercise their lawful rights or free association or collective bargaining.

Our facilities are prepared and arranged to provide a safe and healthy work environment and maintain security procedures to guard against the introduction of non-manifested cargo into outbound shipments. They comply too with environmental rules applicable to their operations.
