Please send an email to helpdesk@texone.biz to report any of these issues:
- Problems with the MERX platform: Access or options
- Problems with the WebMail
- Problems with the automatic reporting: Not receiving reports on time or not the correct reports
Include a description of the problem, a screenshot, if possible, and the date and hour you experienced the problem, whether this is the first time the problem occurs and a brief description on your expected behavior of the system.
Helpdesk service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00 (GMT+1), excluding local holidays in Zaragoza.
